Off-Shelf Return Policy
You may purchase Sijil Accounting software in Retail stores. If you aren't happy using the product, you may return the software within 30 days from the date the purchase. No return will be accepted after 30 days and can be done via mail or other traceable carrier services. The returned package must contain the CD and the printable material. The manual should be in clean resalable conditions. No need to include the packing materials or other paper work
Our online store Return Policy
If purchase have been made from our online store, the 30 days return policy is also applicable. The money is refunded in the same way the customer originally paid. If payment made by Credit Card, Rawabit will issue the credit refund with 2 to 3 weeks after receiving the returned product. If paid by check or cash, the refund will take place with 5 business days from receiving the product and certainly after the check has been cleared. If it is more than 30 days from original order/purchased date, Rawabit will not refund nor accept any product return.
